As our first project, we have identified and vetted a small dental clinic in Krakow. This clinic has been owed and operated by a single dentist, but has proven to not only be profitable, but expandable as well. This project will prove to be a good way to kick off our growth.
What Has Been Accomplished So Far?
- We have located a suitable dental clinic acquisition target in Krakow, Poland.
- We have performed an initial accounting due diligence on their records; we have three years of past performance along with a listing of all capital assets including equipment and property.
- We have started the process of legal planning, which includes purchasing of the clinic’s assets along with the initial stages of partnership agreement and new company charter.

What is Our Method?
- Create Sp. Zo.o. (limited liability) company (Bright Smiles), establish legal framework, partnership agreement, bank accounts, etc.
- Acquire clinic; purchase assets
- Obtain EU and Poland Fund Grants for capital improvements; equipment, facility, software
- Hiring of additional dentists to maximize clinic capacity
- Introduce patient care standards; include methods of communication, scheduling, and care
- Emphasize patient relationship building; marketing for increased company Awareness; web, social media, SEO, email lists; SMS
- Introduce patient loading software, inventory tracking, patient scheduling via website and app
- Establish new branding; sunset old brands (over 6-12 months)
- Introduce group buying methods (as subsequent clinics are acquired)
